Jake is a coach and researcher in the areas of strength and muscle hypertrophy. He is currently a PhD candidate at Florida Atlantic University, where his research focuses on resistance training program design to optimize muscle growth. He is also a coach with Data Driven Strength, working with clients with a variety of goals, from elite powerlifting performance, to bodybuilding competitions, to recreational strength goals and body composition changes; he also provides educational resources to help others achieve these goals.
