Whitecaps midfielder Andy Rose says with so many young players on the roster, he is embracing a leadership role & enjoys passing his knowledge on. Andy also says the foundation was set last season despite the disappointment & the players that remain are passing that foundation along to the other new players.

Whitecaps head coach Marc Dos Santos says with the changes they made to the roster, his team may be the youngest in the MLS & with that may come some stupid mistakes but they are also more intense, more energetic and more committed on the pitch.
