Erik Erlendsson says at the start of the year, the coaching staff wanted the Lightning to be a more disciplined but they had success in the past playing a more offensive/open style. Erik believes it took awhile for players to adjust to the new style, adding the disappointment of last year's playoff run hung over their heads at the beginning of the year.
