The Province's Ben Kuzma says when you draw it up on paper, there is no way the Canucks power play will be 22nd again this year. Ben says with Elias Pettersson in his second year, with a healthy Brock Boeser and with Quinn Hughes, the power play should be in the top half of the league which should push Boeser's goals above 30.
