Indianapolis Colts pre-game show host Joe Staysniak joined the show.

Former Colt offensive lineman & current radio host Joe Staysniak thought Andrew Luck was more mentally tough than calling it a career because injuries were weighing on him mentally. Joe says he didn't recognize the Luck at the podium because the Luck that he knew was determined, smart and a team-oriented guy that you wanted to be around.

Alex Marvez says he's covered a number of surprising retirements in the NFL but the announcement by Andrew Luck was a shocking one. Alex also isn't surprise by the reaction of some fans booing Luck because a lot of fans don't see the players as people but as a form of entertainment.

BC Lions analyst Giulio Caravatta and Whitecaps analyst Colin Miller joined the show.

Colin Miller says Max Crepeau is playing out of his skin right now but it was also a very disappointing defensive performance by the Whitecaps against San Jose. Colin doesn't blame the coaching staff for the defensive performance because the players need to buy-in to the structure that Marc Dos Santos wants them to play.

TSN1040's Giulio Caravatta says the biggest issue with the Lions this season is they can't put all three aspects of a game together and once again against the TiCats, the special teams let them down. Giulio says bad field position continues to be an issue for the Lions and it wears on a quarterback always having to start drives deep in their own end.

Ian Furness from KJR in Seattle joined the show.

Ian Furness says it's pretty obvious that the Seahawks will struggle to get a pass rush this season when they just send four. Ian says when they get creative by sending a corner or a safety, they can get to the quarterback but not with just four players.
