Whitecaps player Tosaint Ricketts says it's tough to swallow that he can't play in the MLS is Back tournament but medicine he's taking for a preexisting condition compromises his immune system. Tosaint says he expected the start of the bubble to not go smoothly but the hope is everyone will follow protocols while in Orlando.

AP writer Joe Reedy says enhanced crowd noise for the European soccer leagues broadcasts is working better than he expected and most critics expected. Joe says networks reached out to EA Sports to help with the soccer crowd noise because they have anywhere from 750-800 unique sound clips per league at their disposal.

TSN's Paul Dolan understands why some of the Whitecaps players have decided not to travel to Orlando because he would have to think long and hard himself about going to a COVID19 hot spot in the US. Paul says it's tough for the Whitecaps with the players not going because numerous of them are starters.

Former MLBer Trevor Plouffe says he's confident the league can go though with the season however understands, that everything is fluid right now. Trevor says if he was still playing, he would go to spring training 2.0 and see how everything went from there. Trevor adds he's not surprised with the animosity between the league and PA but was surprised with how public negotiations were made.
