ESPN's Mike Sando feels like the NFL has always been in catch-up mode in regards to punishments following the Ray Rice situation, which is why they handed down a six game suspension to Ezekiel Elliott. Sando says the one problem the league faces right now, is the fact its motives aren't trusted.

Goaltending expert Kevin Woodley believes that unless one guy gets on a role, Jacob Markstrom and Anders Nilsson will have an even split in net this season. Woodley says there is a fine line between managing your game and managing your rest when you're a number one goaltender, and neither Markstrom nor Nilsson have been able to manage that line at the NHL level.
