A tribute to Chadwick Boseman

"They could not see it" is a motivational piece to encourage those who have big dreams and plans to not be discouraged by those who doubt their capabilities. It's also an appreciation piece to the people who believe in your dreams and want to see you achieve them

An appreciation to the female music legends whose music brought me out of a dark space. Poetry birthed hip-hop, and it is only befitting to show my gratitude towards them in this form. 

I discuss topics from a poem entitled "Mkhulu", from my recent publication Vows From The Alpha. These range from mental health, depression, love, peace and survival.
