On March 11, 2001 a 9.0 magnitude earthquake and a subsequent tsunami hit the coast of the Tōhoku region of Japan. 16,000 people died and 4,000 are still unaccounted for. Following the devastation of this natural disaster the people of Ishinomaki attempted to restore their city. As the city grieved for their loved ones, many people began experiencing unusual encounters... paranormal encounters.
