This is another recipe I created because I needed to use the things in my refrigerator real quick. Of course I didn't create the carrot or beets cake, but this mix is made just to fit my mold. I measured it pouring water inside and then finding out how many cups it needs, then I worked on my proportions to make just enough mix, and use my not so fresh eggs and the old carrot and beets because my dad bough fresh ones this day. Here we go.
Now, you know how we start, in a bowl we mix the margarine with the sugar, beating for a few minutes. Then we beat the eggs separately, ideally egg whites and yolks separately but these eggs had very soft yolks and could not be separated.
When it gets enough air and changes color, add it to the other bowl and beat.
Vanilla, orange zest, and any other extra flavor you like, add it now.
We add the sifted flour, mixing a little at a time without beating the flour too much, just mixing so that it does not over-tighten, it will already be a sufficiently dense cake.
Once everything is integrated, we place it in a well floured mold.
Bake in the oven at medium heat for about 40 minutes.
Unmold, let cool, and ready for breakfast or snacks!

This is a recipe than requires some effort but is very rewarding. Kneading take a long time or feels like a long time when you do it by hand, ir takes like three hours making but it's like 20 minutes kneading and the rest is just wait, don't be afraid and try it.
INGREDIENTS
25cm rectangular mold
PREPARATION
Measure the ingredients and place them close
I recommend using solid surface, like a granite island or a stiff table. It took me loner than needed because the table was weak and I have to go knead in other place on the house.
When the dough is smooth and elastic, make a boll, put in a bowl with a little bit of flour, cover it and let it set for an hour
Extend with your hands, making a rectangle, then take a side to the middle, smash, the other side, and finally put both together
For the glaze, you just mix the ingredients, but because I’m making just one bread, I mixed the egg and used just a little, I let the rest for other meal
When the bread has grown, you paint again and put into the 170°c preheated oven for half an hour, until is Golden Brown.
Make a good sandwich and Bon appetite!!!

Hello bees! I'm so excited to show you this recibe because it's so easy yet so tasty, this can be the foundation to other recipes, you can change the fillings or add different flavors and textures to this one.
¡Hola abejas!
Note: in the ingredients you will see a cup of water, you probably won't need that, it depends on the butter, I needed like a tablespoon, less is better. I used grated hard cheese, you can get the cheese you want and add milk to the filling for a more flan-ish texture.
