Some people find rock bottom. 

Kevin Palmieri found that rock bottom actually has a basement. 

From having it all in his 20s - a beautiful girlfriend, a high paying job, a sports car and a six-pack, he ended up sitting on the edge of his bed contemplating suicide.

Thankfully for him, us and the rest of the world, he pulled himself back from the brink with a determination to overcome his anxiety, depression and live the life he'd always dreamed of.

Skip forward to today and he is the CFO, Founder and Co-Host of Next Level University, a Global Top 100 Self-Improvement Podcast with 1000+ episodes and over 600,000 listens in over 125 countries.

He coaches, speaks and trains people all over the world and he is here to share his story with lots of teachable moments to help us live better lives.
