• Is there someone in your life that you think is the cause of your struggle? 
• Notice how often you choose the victim mentality. Do you blame the program you’re on? Do you blame your boss for making you work? do you blame your friends for offering you drinks? Who or what are you blaming?
  That includes also, are you blaming yourself?
• Ask yourself, who am I blaming for how I feel? When I feel anger, who am I blaming? When I feel sadness, who am I blaming? When I feel rejected, who am I blaming? Am I blaming myself? Am I blaming other people, or am I being vulnerable and open and willing to feel whatever comes up?
