I love talking about dreams and goals, the possibility of imagining something, visualising a different reality for yourself, the courage to speak it out loud, to believe that it’s possible, and the excitement of going after it for the possibility that it could happen. Nothing feels more empowering than creating whatever it is we want, creating life on purpose.
If we deny who we are, if we don’t go after what it is we want, we miss out on ourselves, the world misses out on us. And we are here for a reason. And we can’t know and explore the reason, we can’t know our purpose if we don’t listen to our desires, what excites us and makes us feel alive.

- Make a list of your truest, deepest, maybe even most secret desires. What are they and what if you could make them true?
- If you tried to imagine what you want and nothing actually comes to your mind, make a list of everything you know you don’t want. Go through and write down the list of what is its opposite. That becomes your new desire.
