On this week’s episode, I sat down with Allison Norris who is a dental hygienist by profession,  and unintentionally fell into recruiting. Allison launched the nonclinical recruiting agency, the Dentele Group. The Dentele Group was nominated for Top Talent’s Top Recruiter and Agency to Watch awards in 2022.
