On this week’s episode, I sat down with Allison Norris, the Founder and CEO of the Dentele Group, a nonclinical recruiting agency. She met Ashley, a practicing endodontist, when Ashley was looking for a new position. Ashley began working for Dentele Group. Allison met Ranjith in a recruiting group.
