This week I chat to Hilary Rowland!  Former model turned entrepreneur who co-founded Boom Cycle with her (then boyfriend) now husband.   Since then they've navigated a slight funding issue, opened 5 cycle studios, and more recently have merged with Kobox Boxing Club to form United Fitness Brands.  Oh yeah, and managed to overcome something called Covid!
