He thinks that the entire process has been handled poorly by ownership and the front office.

Justin says that obviously Eli’s time in New York is coming to an end and that it’s just wrong that it had to end this way.

This team is talented…But all teams have little cracks in the armor that become really magnified when things go downhill…When a team lacks veteran leadership those tiny cracks in the armor grow to become huge.

You’re not going to pull the plug on Eli Manning without getting the OK from Ownership…So, if the season keeps going the way it is and Eli continues to start, it may be an indication of ownership’s attitude toward McAdoo

If you’re on that sideline kneeling or locking hands and your tweeting Sunday and then you’re not going on that Monday you’re day off or on that Tuesday you’re day off on  and trying to do something positive in your community to actually promote that change, then you’re a hypocrite."

Justin talks about life after football. He says in a lot of ways he's a regular person now and gets the opportunity to do a lot of things that he wasn't able to do when he was playing.

He also tells Matt Mosley that he still hates the Dallas Cowboys to this day.
