Pastor Ron reminds us today that Jesus was born in just about the most humble circumstances possible. Mary and Joseph were refused a place in the inn and sent to a stable. Jesus was born amidst the smell of hay and manure, and placed in a feeding trough to sleep. But Jesus didn’t come to this world to be a king wearing fancy robes and shiny jewels. He came to live among the least of these, among those who were most likely to hear His message of hope and salvation. He came for all humanity!
