If you’re saved, how did that happen? Was it through your own searching and weighing and deciding to believe in Jesus as Lord? You certainly do have some role to play in it – God gave us free will after all. But we have a lot less credit to take than we normally do. If we could see the spiritual realm we’d witness the way God’s Holy Spirit works in us and the world around us. He's orchestrating things to protect, provide, and draw us near. The Holy Spirit is critical in the process of bringing us home.
