Jesus told the Pharisees, “you search the Scriptures because in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.” Pastor Bill encourages you to study the Old Testament Scriptures, looking for Jesus in them. The religious establishment, that ruled at the time of Jesus, looked to the Law as a rule book. But the Law is a picture of our hopelessness, without Jesus, and a picture OF Jesus, who has always offered salvation, by grace through faith, to those who would believe.
