There are a lot of battles in this life that aren’t worth the effort. As you look at the Church, all throughout its history, you can find countless examples of infighting and petty disagreements that were blown way out of proportion and led to discord and even the large scale divisions. As Pastor Bill will remind us in today’s message, when we allow ourselves to be pulled into these petty conflicts, it takes our focus off of our true calling and wastes a lot of energy that could be spent on sharing the Gospel.
