Today, I’m reflecting on a truth that feels both cosmic and intimate:We are made of stardust…and we live to the rhythm of a heartbeat.

Two realities — infinite and human — held in the same breath.There’s something quietly extraordinary about remembering that the elements in our blood, our bones, our breath were once born in the heart of a star.We carry the remnants of ancient light within us — tiny pieces of the universe travelling through time, gathering into the form we call self.

And yet, we are also tender.We feel.We break open.We heal.We laugh — sometimes unexpectedly — and that laughter shakes the same dust that once spun through galaxies.

This is the beautiful paradox of being alive:We are vast… and vulnerable.Infinite… and fleeting.Sacred… and wonderfully human.

There is power in remembering both.The stardust reminds us that we are connected to something unimaginably expansive.The heartbeat reminds us to stay grounded, steady, present in this one precious life.

When life feels heavy, remember:You are not small.You are not alone.You are part of something ancient, luminous, and wide.

When life feels rushed or overwhelming, remember:You are not required to move at the speed of the universe.Your heartbeat sets your rhythm — slow, steady, human.And that is enough.

Exhale softly…feeling your heartbeat anchor you back into your body, into this moment, into this life.
