At the start of the year, business can feel scattered. Strategy, visibility, and pressure to move fast can pull your energy in too many directions at once, especially after time away.

This conversation explores a different way of working. One that begins with grounding rather than rushing. It focuses on aligning business from the Earth Connection Chakra through to the higher energetic centres, and why grounding is the foundation that allows guidance, intuition, and strategy to work together rather than against each other.

When business isn’t grounded, misalignment often shows up as burnout, overgiving, undercharging, scattered ideas, or chasing expansion without steady foundations. Grounding supports nervous system safety, which allows creativity, communication, and visibility to emerge with more clarity and less pressure.

There is also a strong emphasis on recognising business as a separate energetic being. Something you are in relationship with, not something you must merge with or push through. When that relationship is grounded, growth becomes steadier, cleaner, and more sustainable.

This approach values quiet leadership and authentic marketing, where truth, depth, and presence matter more than performance or noise. From this place, expansion no longer requires urgency, and business begins to feel supportive, guided, and deeply your own.

In this episode, I explore what it really means to restart your business after a break and how to gently get your business mojo back without pressure, urgency, or burnout.

Rather than jumping straight back in at full speed, I talk about the importance of starting slow, easing into your rhythm, and respecting both your own energy and the energy of your business. A steady, intentional restart often creates far more sustainable momentum than forcing yourself to sprint from day one.

I share practical ways to re-enter your business gently, including choosing one or two small, satisfying tasks, using your calendar to support thinking time (not just doing time), and creating white space so your nervous system and creativity can function properly. We also look at the value of reconnecting before creating — reconnecting with yourself as a businesswoman, the energy of your business, and your audience.

This episode also covers reflecting before planning, reviewing what truly worked and what felt heavy, and reassessing your offers so they continue to feel aligned with who you are now. Growth changes us, and it’s natural for offers to evolve or fall away as you do.

Restarting doesn’t have to be dramatic or overwhelming. It can be slow, intentional, supportive, and deeply aligned.

In this episode I explore the concept of the six primary “clairs,” which are intuitive abilities that everyone possesses, often without realizing it.

These include clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), clairsentience (clear feeling), claircognizance (clear knowing), clairalience (clear smelling), and clairgustance (clear tasting), with an additional mention of clear empathy (emotional sensing).

I emphasise that intuition is natural, not mystical or exclusive, and outlines methods to identify one’s strongest clair by reflecting on how one processes information, whether visually, auditorily, emotionally, or physically. The discussion also includes practical tips for developing and trusting these intuitive senses in everyday life, encouraging awareness without the need for rituals or special circumstances.

Boundaries are very important for us especially in business because they help us to reduce the people pleasing, shiny object syndrome, and more.

When I first started my business I had no boundaries at all and I burnout quite quickly. Now I love my boundaries which are firm and flexible. Flxible because life happens.
