Diligence is about working smart and accomplishing tasks. Change your mindset about the task, have joy, leverage tools and skills available, write it in your calendar-you'll get the job done. 

Having the Gift of Inspiration is crucial in a leader. Jesus told HIS disciples that they would do the work that HE did and they would do Greater work then HE did. Inspiring others requires you to mine the GOLD out of people. Push them past their comfort zone to do greater works than yourself.
