It’s the month for women and what better way to celebrate than to give ourselves little gifts of how to be better. What better way is there for us than to have confidence. Men and women, we all need that room to build confidence. In this podcast, I highlight the first step for you to building confidence.

It’s been a rollercoaster year for all of us in one way or the other. From losing loved ones to losing jobs, to seeing happy moments and little pieces of heaven through it. Let me tell you a little about mine and what I think you can carry to the next year. Also, a prayer for a new year. Happy new year my friends. The Lord bless you and keep you for me.

This year has been my most traumatizing year and for most of us, I know the feeling is mutual! But what do we do when we lose someone special and we have to face the most wonderful time of the year without them? Do we sit back and cry or do we face it head on?

Covid 19 is here again, but it never left. It got crazier but we are stronger. We are feeling low but we have a power in us greater than we could imagine. We maybe apart but we are stronger together. I encourage you, that you are not alone, you are not failing. We are going to get through this. Hold on and don’t let go!!!

I dive into my personal space with a sad reality that I am dealing with right now but bringing with me the strength from recognizing when we need to Stop our selves, pause and then breathe. Take care of you before you can ably take care of others.
