The reluctant prophet, Jonah, rebels against God’s mission for the city of Nineveh. Instead of embracing the mission, he ignores it. Instead of engaging the mission, he runs from it. In chapter 1 we learn a lot about running from God, sin, and God’s pursuit of us as well as his mission.

Although one of the oldest of all the prophets, Jonah might be the most applicable, especially, when it comes to evangelism. How do we reach the godless, secular culture with the Gospel?
