World Mental Health Day is celebrated on 10 October. “It’s time to tell everyone who’s dealing with a mental health issue that they’re not alone, and that getting support and treatment isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength,” Mental health as mental well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.  In this positive sense, mental health is the foundation for individual well-being and the effective functioning of a community.

It is always been maintained that the future of a country lies in the hands of its children. Teachers, as mentors, can mould students into future leaders who then shape the destiny of the nation. They also play a significant role in our lives to help us become successful in our careers and business.

Teachers' Day is actually a celebration to acknowledge the hardship, challenges and the unparalleled role that the teachers play in our lives.

Independence Day promotes nationalism and patriotism towards the nation. It is one of the great days everyone remembers the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters to get Independence. Also, it teaches everyone to know the importance of Independence. Independence Day keeps the memories of the fighters’ struggle for freedom alive in our mind it allows everyone to value our future, hard-attained freedom and communal harmony by each passing year. However, we should be proud and promise that we will be full of honesty and patriotism to protect our India.

The inspiration I get from the story of Ekalavya is we are determined in our goal nothing can stop us from reaching it and God helps those who help themselves.
