This week I will be discussing the purpose of finding your own voice and message.

Thank you so much for watching this segment of the Brave Evolution Podcast. I am thrilled to share my journey with you all as well as the journey of so many other brave souls!

  1. Self-evaluate - How am I resonating now… what sort of vibe do I give off when I enter a room or when I speak
    1. What is your message? Do you have one? When you speak, do you come from a place of negativity - to complain, blame, fuss 99% of the time? Are you cynical - If this is true - it’s time for a heart check, it’s time to really evaluate where these thorns of negativity are stemming from… and practice positivity. For example, if your car isn’t functioning up to capacity… but you get in it and complain about it all the time… it’s time to switch that narrative
    2. Write down what you’re frequency and message have been - for me - it was fear primarily - I would withdraw and hide because of self-doubt… However when I was born I was born to be courageous - so it was time to adjust my inner voice
    3. Now write down what you think a theme in life has been for you and what you think your message should be - for example, if issues with health keep coming up, healing, wellness, wholeness are themes in your life if money is an issue, abundance, faith, stewardship, wisdom, and entrepreneurship,
    4. NOW examine all the things you’re busy doing and what you’re communicating, on your social media pages, etc, in your interactions with people on a daily people - in what ways can you simplify, in what ways can you shift your internal voice?
    5. Be quiet! I take intentional time off the “grid” - take the apps off of your voice, turn off the news, and literally meditate, ruminate over the things in the frequency you want to connect with - Watch your inner and outer voice CHANGE
