On this latest edition of Tunnel Vision USCFootball.com's Ryan Abraham, Jack Smith and Connor Morrissette (aka "Triple Double") were hoping for a chill show following the bye week but nothing is ever chill when you cover the Trojans. The guys will try and focus on previewing this extremely important matchup with Nebraska, with both teams fighting desperately for the privilege of playing in a bowl game. The Huskers are riding a 3-game losing streak, the second-straight Big Ten opponent to have entered the Coliseum after losing three-straight, while the Trojans have dropped four of their last five games.

They will also discuss the major offensive changes both programs made during the bye week, with USC benching Miller Moss in favor of Jayden Maiava at quarterback and Nebraska promoting newly hired offensive analyst Dana Holgorsen to offensive coordinator, calling plays for freshman quarterback Dylan Raiola.

The early signing period is quickly approaching and the Trojans top-10 recruiting class for 2025 is already taking hits, most notably the de-commit of four-star edge rusher Hayden Lowe. The guys weigh in on this recruiting failure and where USC can go from here to help bolster the defensive line through high school recruiting.

USC is also dealing with a minor distraction after being issued a 1-year probation and $50,000 fine from the NCAA for allowing analysts to coach players during 2022 and 2023.
