Happy TWOSday to all! We are back again with another episode. The 19th of this season. Our guest for today's episode is former near Olympian boxer, and 2 time NPC champion bodybuilder, Alonzo Eras.

Alonzo has a very interesting back story. He was born and lived most of his life in Costa Rica, even though neither of his parents are natives of the country. His father is from Japan, he was transferred there for work, his mother is an African American from the west coast, she was on vacation.. match made in heaven. His father raised him to be a boxer, he made it to international competition, a loss against Cuba is what prevented him from the Olympics. After an accident derailed his boxing career, he tried life as a regular citizen for years until he discovered body building. He was warned that he would have to persevere through many losses.. he won his first competition, and then the next. All with an entirely calesthenics based training regiment.
