Turkey Leg Talk

Okay, I don't mean to brag, but I think I know quite a bit about Walt Disney World. I'm a former cast member, a DVC member, an Annual Pass Holder, and I've been to the parks more times than I could possibly count. I've read any and every book I've been able to find about the Most Magical Place on Earth. That's why I was pretty confident going into Episode 108: WDW Trivia Challenge.

Gaston vs. The Beast. Malificent vs. Prince Philip. Scar vs. Simba. Those were some of the most epic battles in Disney history. That is, until this week's show!

Disney Legend Yale Gracey is one of the most unheralded of all of the early Disney Imagineers. Thanks to him, we have some of the greatest effects in the Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and many more. Find out more on this week's Word of the Week – Yale Gracey.

The Haunted Mansion's singing busts, ballroom scene, and the fire on Pirates of the Caribbean are a few of his creations. But what don't you know about Yale Gracey?

Walt Disney World truly has something for everyone and, if you're a runner or any kind of endurance athlete, Walt Disney World's Marathon Weekend might be something you want to put on your to do list. This week it's all about Marathon Weekend, 2018 on Episode 107: Why It's Smart To Be Dopey.

This episode isn't about running. It's about setting a goal, sticking to it, and persevering. It's a study in the human spirit. It may even get you to sign up for your first race ever!

Not every idea that Disney's Imagineers come up with gets built somewhere. Some great ideas and concepts that Disney's legendary design team has come up with over the years have been canceled for one reason or another. I'll take a look at some of those on the Word of the Week – Never Built Walt Disney World.

Wouldn't you love to take a bullet train ride across Japan, explore the mystical homes of beautiful unicorns, or cruise down the Rhine River? You were supposed to do all of that in WDW!

Walt Disney World isn't for everyone. As hard as it is for some of us super fans to believe, some folks just don't want to be a part of the magic. Hopefully this episode can help get some non-believers to the Most Magical Place on Earth! We will try our best on Episode 106: How To Get Non-Disney Fans To WDW.

Not everyone loves Walt Disney World. I know, I can't understand it either! This week's show is all about helping you convince that one person to take a WDW vacation!
