When you say you’re going to do something to yourself do it. Become aware of your surroundings. You need to continue to follow your system and keep your cup full. Be kind to yourself. If you are having off days that happens but ask yourself would my higher version of myself be okay with how I am acting? Would they be proud of the energy I am putting out.
