She’s worn many hats over the years — teacher, cultural coordinator, postal worker, even a brewery employee — all while raising her family and earning a degree in communications from UABC. Her story is one of resilience, joy, and heart.

What makes Jackie’s story especially compelling for our expat and snowbird listeners is the perspective she offers — someone who has seen San Felipe grow from a small fishing village to a bustling blend of locals and foreigners. Jackie talks openly about the challenges of raising children with specialneeds, renovating a home downtown, and the deep gratitude she feels toward the foreign community that she says has "helped increase our quality of life."

Voices for the Voiceless: The Ensenada Dog Rescue Crisis
