You don't have to be On It all of the time. How boring would that be anyway. To feel good All Of The Time. Sure that's nice to think of but we're here on this planet in these bodies with all of these emotions to play with just ONE?! Heavens no. What if we could change the narrative to enjoy the ups and downs and the curves in all of their glory?! It's possible. It's available. It'll take a sweet and short reminder (often) to reintroduce a new narrative. A new way of thinking and speaking to ourselves and the world. If we want to experience something new, we will have to match that newness with a new and improved inner dialog. A new way of being. Some power packed go-to's are youtube videos like Abraham Hicks, Bentinho Massaro*, Rev. Michael Bernard Beckwith, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden... I could go on but this is a solid crew to start. Inner dialog takes practice. It takes a bit of self awareness and good ol' consistency. And don't fret. A little goes a long way. We are incredibly habitual beings so let's use it to our advantage. Happy Upgrading :)
