Thought directly reflects our relationship with how we consume the physical world. How, you ask? If your thoughts are all over the place, it's safe to assume so are your eating habits. One way to consciously slow down and observe thought is by being conscious when consuming. Consuming anything really. But go ahead and start with how you consume food. Listen to your food. Have a relationship with it. A beneficial, reciprocated relationship. Be involved with what you put inside of you. The more present you are, the more present you will become with what you are thinking. The more aware you are of what you are thinking and the quality of thought that wants to engage with you, the more consciously you will become when choosing which thoughts to collaborate with. You are not victim to your thoughts but it very well may seem to be the case. We are typically quite addicted to thinking and it's our quality of thinking that reflects our direct experience in the physical world. Change your thinking, change your life
