The good news is the more you do it, the more confident you'll become. 

And as your confidence grows, so will your opportunities for success.

I want to share something with you. Where I am today is not where I was yesterday. What I am about to share has come to me through life, love, joy, sorrow, pain, tears, faith, family and in the end love. I entered the passing lane, there was a LOUD BOOM and our SUV was instantly sideways going down the road. In that moment and to this day I can describe what inertia feels like and now we were about to FLIP. No I love yous, No hugs, No kisses. No, take my hand I’ll take care of you. In that moment our whole world flipped upside down. I have no idea to this day how many times, but I know we ended up upside down in the middle of the road. The day my world flipped upside down change my life forever.

Become A Noticer

A grateful heart is a heart NOTICES good things that are already present. In other words, when you’re grateful, you’re constantly seeing all the good that you have in your life.

You’re not constantly frustrated about what you don’t have.

Not constantly searching for the next thing you’re going to get.

Rather, you’re always on the lookout for good things that are coming into your life. And when you notice these things, you give thanks for them.

A delicious meal…

A gorgeous sunset…

A car that you love…

A peaceful walk with your loved ones…

Friends who make you laugh and love…

If you want to be grateful, you must regularly be noticing all the good things, big and small that come into your life.

Take joy in the ordinary.
