Most people run into a new year with an arsenal of resolutions only to abandon them by the end of January.  That’s why I’m not a big fan of resolutions which often rely on willpower and checking things off of a list.  In 2019 I started the practice of choosing a word of the year and it’s been life giving AND game changing.

One of the sneakiest little blindspots for me as a new entrepreneur back in 2008 was operating with a very wounded money mindset.  I didn’t realize at the time how I had been conditioned and influenced by others while growing to think that making and holding onto money was difficult, perhaps even impossible.
