Some people find a job that might be considered perfect, get to grow in their careers only to find out later that this is not what they wanted. Tracy Dungo had been through that experience. From work in the marketing department for big names like Ralph Lauren and People Magazine to founder of a creative studio, Uno Dos Trae, specializing in brand development and web design. She kept learning things until she found that hobby that could turn into something else.

• This is not my dream job: Tracy talks about her previous jobs, working in marketing for big companies like Ralph Lauren and People Magazine. For so many people, that was as good as it gets. But Tracy was after something else.
• Keep earning. While Tracy was trying to figure out what she wanted to do, she took several courses: coding, photography, t-shirt printing, jewelry. This last class became her side-hustle when people started to buy her creations.
• What does success look like? Many people around her didn’t take her seriously when she decided to quit her job. But for Tracy, the important thing was to figure out what success looked like to her and what she wanted to do to achieve it.
• The keys for standing out: branding and website. Tracy knows that these elements made the difference between her and her competitors. She founded Uno Dos Trae to help others to build their brand and website.
• What are the most common mistakes in a website? Tracy what not to do with your website, and what you should have in mind when you’re creating - or fixing - one.
