Claire is a former High School English teacher and Assistant headteacher who left the classroom behind in 2022 to set up her first business.  Her first business is a children's activity business, teaching mindfulness and mindset techniques to children aged 3+.

Claire established The Relaxed Mind to support teachers who are seeking a career transition.  Coaching them to either find an alternative employed role or to set up their own business.  Claire offers the sort of guidance, support and training that she wanted when starting on her exit journey from the classroom.
