The show opens with the audio from the debut of the “Big Gold Belt” from February of 1986 35 years ago last week. The belt presented to Ric Flair by the late Jim Crockett Jr who passed away earlier this week. The boys are psyched about this weekends AEW “Revolution” PPV previewing that guessing who maybe debuting that night as well as NJPW’s Cup matches this weekend. Phil reviews the new Goldberg documentary from the WWE network as he and Jay talk about Bill’s impact his streak had at the height of the Monday Night wars. Taking a break from the weekly Throwback, the boys debut a NCAA type bracket tournament with randomly selected tag teams and announce the first round matches from both the east and west regions.
