We are proud to kick off 2024 by bringing you the ultra talented Scene Nick. Scene Nick is someone most devoted independent fans have heard about if they've not seen him yet. He is an accomplished manager, ring announcer, and commentator. He works for a number of promotions and has worked with a laundry list of great talent. If you are not overly familiar make sure you join us so you can remedy that.

We pay tribute to one of the greatest wrestling promotions of all time. We pay tribute to World Class Championship Wrestling. Out of Dallas, Texas the company was ran by Fritz Von Erich and starred his sons. So many of the greatest wrestlers of all time passed through the World Class rings including Rick Rude, Jake Roberts, Kamala, Chris Adams, Ultimate Warrior, Bruiser Brody, and Missing Link. We will be days away from the theatrical release of the film "The Iron Claw" which is a major motion picture about The Von Erichs and World Class. We'll sit down with some of the people that were actually there with the promotion at the time it was a major force in wrestling. If you are a fan of World Class or if you are curious about "The Iron Claw" then you owe it to yourself to sit down and listen to this interview.

We pay tribute to one of the most under appreciated aspects of pro wrestling. We pay tribute to the ring announcers. They are the faces of their companies. They are the people setting the stage for a match to succeed as well as the show as a whole. Often the fans equate the ring announcer with being the person with all of the authority at a given promotion. We're going to sit down with some of the people that do a great job announcing the matches to the fans. Make sure to join us for a great talk with these great orators.

We are delighted to bring to you Richie Scruggs. Richie is the promoter of Wrestling For Christ which delievers a spiritual message as well as entertains people via professional wrestling. WFC is an international outfit and puts on shows in various countries and in places around the United States. We'll be talking to Richie about what he's been accomplishing and where he'd like to see WFC go in the future.

We are, once again, giving the stage to the wrestling wives. The wives are often the unsung heroes of the business. They often go to shows and help sell merchandise or concessions or just cheer from the crowd. They often become very smart to the business aspect of things and can aid their husband's success. We're going to sit down with some of the wives and get their perspectives on things.

We are excited to bringing onto the show, for the first time in way too long, Cueball Carmichael. Cueball has been in the wrestling business for 40+ years and has been very successful in it. He's accomplished a ton in the industry and is always a great story teller. Cueball has done everything from wrestling for both territories ran on Hawaii, to being mentored by Lou Thesz, to wrestling some of the all time greats, to even co-hosting podcasts about wrestling. Make sure you pull up your chair and prepare to get an unbelievable lesson on wrestling from the great Cueball Carmichael.

We are to be joined by The Fallen One Vendetta out of North Dakota. He's been around a few years and is one of the more interesting wrestlers to watch in his area. We'll sit down with him and get his thoughts on his career and his views on the industry.

 

We are proud to bring to you from the great state of Alabama, Bruiser Kohlhoff. Bruiser is a 29 yr pro from Pittsburgh,PA. He wrestled all over the country against some of the biggest stars in wrestling. Owner of Rocket City Championship Wrestling which celebrates its 7year anniversary on 12/2/23.

We are extremely excited to be able to bring to you Bill Colville. Bill was never a World champion. He was never a senior referee. He was never a promoter. However, Bill Colville was a big part of World Class Championship Wrestling in the 1980s. He was a bodyguard for the Von Erichs at a time that they were the biggest celebrities in Dallas. He was often seen leading them to the ring on WCCW television. Wrestling fans with ESPN in the mid 80s became very familiar with Bill as he was seen as often as most wrestlers were on the program. Now, as we get ready for the Hollywood blockbuster film "The Iron Claw" to be released we sit down with someone that had a role in the film. Bill has tons and tons of stories about his time in the pro wrestling world. We are lucky enough that he is going to share some with us.

We are joined by one of Ohio's finest officials, referee Becky Pence. Becky has called XVW her home for the past few years and has become a very good pro wrestling referee. She's officiated for a lot of different wrestlers and has gained their trust and respect to be able to do the job. We're going to talk to Becky and get her take on the pro wrestling business and her career so far. Make sure to join us for a fantastic time with a great referee.

We have two big time guests for you this week. First, we are joined by Scott Icon Halmrast. He is out of North Dakota and has been around wrestling for a very long time. Icon also has a very popular podcast about pro wrestling so he knows a thing or two about talking about the sport. We'll sit down with him and discuss some pro wrestling.

 

Then we are joined by Buck Sexton. He has become one of the top talents in the state of Indiana. He also wears the hat of promoter and has made Warrior Pro Wrestling a fantastic promotion. We'll sit down with Buck and talk about what has been a big year for him and his company.
