Some simple things you can do to sprinkle some positivity into your life:
*get outside
* find inspiration (art/music/create something?)
* practice gratitude
* rocket approach (if you vant get up, 3...2...1... BLASTOFF yourself out of bed. No excuses you have to get up at blastoff time)
* learn something new
* do nice things for others
* write people snail mail letters
* try something new that you've always wanted to do (or something that childhood you had always wanted to do and never got the chance to)
