Do you have a hard time turning off your thoughts when you have a day off or when you are trying to fall asleep?  In this episode, we share our stories of our own problems with allowing ourselves time to relax without guilt or shame.  We are both still learning to let go of the "shoulds" when we have a day off or when we want to enjoy some time for ourselves.  We recognize that we are both more productive when we give ourselves a break from all the things on our to-do list. We give some tips that have worked for us.  What can you do to turn off your brain and relax?
