Woah, my longest standing friend is on the podcast today!! We’ve been through many seasons together and weathered a few storms (see what I did there), and today Heather is jumping on the podcast.

Heather is phenomenal at a lot of things and one of them is sailing!! She’s been sailing for as long as she can remember. Over the years, through learning, racing, coaching, and now beer league participating, Heather has realized that many of these experiences have quietly taught her some powerful life skills.

From teamwork and collaboration, to teaching and leading people, to the art of patience and reframing failure, we’re talking all about the transferable skills we can all learn from sailing.
