All I'll say is if this ends up being as good as the You Can't Kill The BoogeyMan fan film, then Dark Crown Films better cast me in their next piece of work to get killed off by Jason or Freddy or somebody like that... They're about to be on a roll and if so, I have no issue peeking back into Texas after that last literal Massacre. It's the thrill for me. Enjoy, people.

As promised, it's up and running since I was way too tired to upload this and post last night... But much needed because this movie surpassed my expectations and actually has gotten better since I've had another chance to view it. There's thrills, chills, emotion, humor, all the things that make for your typical and awesome Scream movie. Radio Silence did a damn good job here. Enjoy, people.

Yup, they got me, people... Another one of those cases where I preach to the high heavens about how bad of an idea a sequel or reboot or requel will be, then I end up really digging it. I did enjoy that first episode, and enjoyed the fact that this show isn't trying to replicate the exact same shit beat for beat. This series seems to be trying to make it's very own generational mark in television, and I can't at least respect that. Even if the rest of the series doesn't end up being great. Enjoy, folks.

Before we cap off this year's day of love, affection and all that other mushy stuff, I think it's time to discuss something that plagues a horror movie buff like me. And that is the fact that sex isn't safe on any level in these flicks. As tempting as it is for featured characters, we all know it's very costly majority of the time. Whether it's Michael with some awkward timing or Leprechaun exiting out of a space marine's favorite appendage, these mentioned serial killers sure know how to keep a couple from getting off. Let's skip all the pleasantries here... I don't like this damn movie. So one would ask "Then why the commentary?" and one answer is that I'm a glutton for punishment. The other answer is that I like to keep a theme going when the time calls for it, and I know there's fan of this movie out there so I give the people what they want on the ears. But this really was a task to get through, more than ever, because I realized just how much I don't care for as this goes along. Safe to say that my heart wasn't into this at all. Enjoy, y'all.

Jordan Peele has a habit of having his trailers keep a certain mystique to them until it's time to watch the films in their entirety... That's all good and well, but I still need to get a grasp on what is going on here exactly. There's a twist coming, and I know it. Enjoy, people.

There's a whole ton of Halloween fan films out here that just try to capture "Michael Myers", but very few of them try to capture "The Shape"... That term always gives me 1978 feels entirely, and reminds me that Michael is the scariest slasher for a reason. So believe me when I say this fan film nails The BoogeyMan for me, and almost too spot on at times. Enjoy, people.

If I'm not mistaken, this is only my second time watching this movie... And SHEESH. These two delivery some extraordinary performances. Two of the best I've seen on screen in such a long time. And with February being the month of Love, here's a hard look at what Love may not be exactly. But should this be considered Love to some, it's the epitome of toxic. Enjoy, y'all.
