I've been saying for the longest time that there's a huge shortage when it comes to vampire flicks that are actually great... The last one I could think of was 30 Days Of Night, and those are HUGE shoes to fill. But this one here has been slipping by me and it's mainly because there was really not much of a buzz that I remember. I'm not sure if it's because this is a remake or what, but I went into this blind and without wanting to watch the source material. And I didn't need an invitation to do so like one of our main players here. Enjoy, y'all.

Well people, we've reached the end of our journey with The Lakeshore Strangler himself, his possessed counterparts and some new likeable characters (some who have had to make major turnarounds)... It's bitter/sweet, but it's been such a fun and wild ride that I've been enjoying. So I hope you all do as well. Enjoy, folks.

(A bit of a disclaimer here people: I know there's a few times I mention The Blind Side here in reference to Kevin Hart when in fact, the movie I meant was THE UPSIDE. So my apologies, y'all. And if y'all have been tuning in this long, then you know I fuck up on more than several occasions!) When it's both Kevin Hart and Wesley Snipes AND taking place in Philly, count me in!... There's been tons of talk about this one here and while I'm never one to run with the flock, the two names headlining here are more than enough to sell me. Especially since this seems to be another dramatic role for Kevin Hart after I coined The Blind Side as his best performance. Let's see what type of trouble these two can stir up in the hometown. Never Hike Alone and Never Hike In The Snow are the best FT13th fan films out there as far as I'm concerned... So anytime a new one pops up, they automatically have to be on par with those or better, but there was something special that drew me to this one. And that was the return of Lar Lark Lincoln as Tina, the return of Terry Kiser as Dr. Crews, and the look they kept and captured of our favorite campground slasher, Jason Voorhees. This is one ballsy fan film, and that's all I'll say. By the way,, if I slipped up and said "Rose Red" at some point, my apologies. Enjoy, y'all.

What a way to come back after taking a few days off... Andy, Kyle, Tiffany, Nicca, and friends are still in the midst of what I truly believe is Chucky's most vicious and insane go round in the entire series. And the trio of kids involved make things even more interesting. I hope the series ends on a strong high note this week. Enjoy, folks.

The holidays have been a scramble, but hopefully this holds you all over until I get fully back into gear for some more episodes. I'm not sure whether the cringing parts or my fatigue was the hardest part to get through during this... I was pushing my limits here, and pretty damn tired but I wanted to jump at the opportunity to see this again. This was one of the better rounded Saw flicks in a good while for me, and another one of those movies that made me do a turnaround before I watched it. So it's never a bad time to watch Chris Rock tackle a Jigsaw copycat and witness his entire life spiral, pun intended, out of control during. Enjoy, people.

God bless HBO for coming to their senses and finally putting this in their arsenal the right way... This was really one of my favorite movies of the 90s, and the sequel is really just as entertaining. When it comes to resurrecting old properties from the small screen, I feel like this one doesn't get mentioned and it SHOULD. The casting, the directing, the humor and everything in between is a pure hit for me. Enjoy, y'all.
