In this first episode I wanted to talk about the perks of loneliness. Personally I never truly felt lonely because I was always surrounded with people until I was faced with a situation where I had to be alone and face myself, my thoughts and my emotions. I noticed that for most of us we may have gotten pretty lonely during this pandemic but what about before it all began. We have all been there so let’s look at the other side of the coin.

This week I thought of how I was, as a people pleasing person who was unable to say NO and would push herself even if I would probably be doing something that was not in my best interest. Realize that as kind hearted as you may be not everyone deserves a yes plus get a few tips on how to say no no no no no.

Today I am talking about the masks we force ourselves to wear in our everyday lives in order to keep up with the pressures that Society has enforced onto us. Tune in to hear a time when I myself also wore a mask to avoid what I was truly going through .
