Christmas is here and what better time to revisit a pair of cult holiday favourites.  

First up we have the early Jim Henson film "Emmet Otter's Jugband Christmas" as a mother and son aim to give the other that perfect gift.   

We also take in the "Star Wars Holiday Special" one of the few things which really is so much worse that you've heard it is as we soon find out for ourselves.  

All this plus Russian reality shows, Mad Max homages and the frustrating wait for Westworld Season 2 aswell as the shows which have been currently holding our intrest.

With "Black Mirror" returning for it's third season on Netflix, what better time for us to pick two of our favourite episodes from the first two seasons of Charlie Brooker's cult hit.  

First up we look at "The National Anthem" where the Prime Minister must have sex with a pig on live TV to save the life of a kidnapped member of the Royal family.  

We also look at "White Bear" as a young woman finds herself in a world of mobile phone branding zombies while being pursued by a masked gunman...but is everything as it really seems?  

All this plus we look back at the shows which have been holding our intrest including Elwood's thoughts on "Westworld", Lackey on "Survivor" and arguging the case for "Gotham" plus much more!

It's a slightly belated Halloween edition of the show we have for you today, but like finding where you mom stashed your leftover Halloween candy its just as sweet.  

First up look at "Bottom" which could be considered the spiritual sequel to "The Young Ones" as Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson anarchic comedy brings a unique spin to Halloween in a episode featuring exploding carrots, questionable sprouts and a cattle prod!  

We also look at the first episode of "Kindred: The Embraced" adapated from the White Wolf RPG "Vampire: The Masquerade"  

All this plus we reveal the shows which have been holding our intrest, Elwood discusses his recent brush with celebrity and Lackey reveals the suprising hidden talents of punk rockers plus much more!!

It's an animated double that we bring to the table on this episode as we look at the old school anime "Cyber City Oedo 808" in which criminals attempt to reduce thier sentences by taking on the cases deemed too dangerous for the regular police to handle.   

We also look back at the classic British kids cartoon "Danger Mouse" with an episode which also gave us the first appearence of "Count Duckula"  

All this plus a round up of the shows which have been holding our intrest since the last episode.

TV Good Sleep Bad celebrates its first birthday as Elwood and Lackey take an alternative look at the political system with thier selections.  

First up is the cult favourite "The Prisoner" where Patrick McGoohan is not a number but a free man while constantly being pursued by a giant balloon called Rover. Here though he campaigns to be the new Number 2 but is this this whole vote just another scheme being run by his captors?  

Next up is one of the standout episodes from the first season of "Masters of Horror" with Joe Dante's "Homecoming" in which dead soliders are rising from their graves to vote against the current president. An episode which unquestionably was more than relevent during its original release, but how does it hold up now?  All this plus as always they reveal the shows which have been holding thier intrest.

Returning for another weighty double feature of cult TV goodness this time Elwood and Lackey look at the show which inspired "Lost" as a group of students find themselves stranded on a former nuclear test site and are forced to form a new society.

We also look at cult British comedy "The League of Gentleman" as the the residents of the Royston Vasey deal with the arrival of a rather unique carnival but who is weirder them or the residents?

Like a forgotten present under the tree we present this belated slice of holiday viewing as we go right back to the start with the first Simpsons Christmas special and the looking at the legacy of the show it spawned. We also check out another cult Brit comedy with the mockumentary "Operation Good Guys" were a holiday special quickly gets out of hand.
