In this episode we first discuss an unfortunate slip I had! Then we wrap-up my work on Step 6 where I discovered my unhealthy character traits and patterns. We then introduce the work I will do on Step 7; figuring out my healthy characteristic and pattern goal traits and behaviors - what they are, and a specific plan to implement them in my life. We discuss a recent, real life example where I was able to see the steps at work, and already having a positive effect on my life. We also discuss how and why I will create a gratitude list.
