Today I discuss how to use honest self reflection to avoid the painful part of relationships ending. Most of us are familiar with the folks that spin every bad situation in their lives into a "Victim Narrative" which is most often the place that has protected them from their own accountability. Just remember - If communication is the life vest - Denial of truth is the anchor that keeps you in the same waters you've been swimming in.

To be better, we must see our worst and then move forward in honest reflection. You WILL find the answers , but only if you are honest@!
